Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyse the economic and social change by the Schumpeter’s entrepreneurship concept and to state the Schumpeter’s approach on innovative entrepreneur in order to deepen the economic theoretical framework with real-politics as an analytical tool. Within this context, economic and social transformation issue is analysed in three sections by interrelating the subjects, “instability in stability”, “innovative entrepreneur” and “technological development”. In the first section the relationship between innovative entrepreneur and the dynamic analyse framework is examined and it is claimed that dynamic framework is more functional than the static framework in understanding the course of capitalist development. In the second section the dynamism of the innovative merit of the entrepreneur is examined and in the last section, the structural transformation in economic and social change that is created by entrepreneur and technological innovation is studied.
