Abstract :
In recent years, businesses has a special interest in the management activities and are working to implement these activities in-house step by step. Human Resource Management (HRM) that is one of these activities have features that people-centered, discussed the relationship of employee in the management system, developed some policies according to corporate culture, are and that assume an important function in the management institutions in this respect. In the management process, database usage is particularly important for businesses to manage their resources correctly and effectively. Therefore, this study aimed to put forward the importance of using the database in human resource management at businesses. In the study, investigated primarily HRM in businesses; later the importance of the database usage in this process by reviewing of the literature. The importance of the database usage has been demonstrated by examining these studies in the literature and by explanations in this regard. At the end of study, has been reached on a number of data and results that can be considered important in terms of businesses. Firstly, usage of the database, it is understood that has not been use in sufficiently although important for public institutions. At this point, the human resources manager especially should be trained in certain periods. In addition, the database used in the management process, it was understood that providing a number of functions such as access to data, updating, storage and reporting for users. However, use of the database has been shown to be caused to have a memory related to human resources, and thus it caused to obtain effective results in the management of these funds.
