Abstract :
The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between organizational commitment, organizational identification, stress and turnover intention on experts in a public organization. In this direction; firstly organizational commitment, organizational identification, stress and turnover intention concepts discussed in the study. Then the hypotheses have been developed on the basis of the relevant literature. Mentioned concepts are used as research variables in the sample group of experts working in a public company in Ankara. A questionnaire was used to collect data in research and a total of 147 usable questionnaires were obtained from experts. The obtained data is evaluated using frequency, reliability, correlation and regression analysis in SPSS 18 program. According to the correlation analysis results; there is a significant and positive relation between organizational commitment and organizational identification. And there is a significant and negative relation between organizational commitment and stress and turnover intention. On the other hand, according to results of regression analysis; organizational commitment have a significant effect on organizational identification and it is observed that %38,9 descriptive. At the same time it has a significant effect on stress and it is observed that %49.5 descriptive. In addition, it has a significant effect on turnover intention again and it is observed that %28,4 descriptive. According to this, experts increasing organizational commitment means increasing organizational identification level, and decreasing stress and turnover intention level.
