Abstract :
One of the most sensitive issues of the European Union is the refugee and asylum politics, definitely. Even if various solutions have been sought for many years by European Union; there are results, that could please the parties, still have not been achieved. At the Dublin Summit, European Union made a decision in favor of assemble the refugee and asylum politics under the same roof, in 1990. The decisions were made in that summit is the first bases of common action. The Dublin System has been tried all these years but it was understood that the parties were not gladden by the system. From the years when the Dublin system has been entered into force, some decisions have been taken to complete the requirement until the present day. But the European Union did not consider changing it completely or replacing it with another system. Despite all these negative experiences, will the European Union’s refugee and asylum policies be able to show satisfactory progress to all member states? Or will these developments bring out a new paradigm?
