Abstract
In this research, information technology (IT) skills of university personnel, whose IT attitudes are different, have examined by various variables. The sample of the research is consisted of 496 staffs working for İnönü University during 2007. IT Skills Scale, IT Attitudes Scale and Personal Data Form are used in the study. The data are analyzed by Two-Way Variance Analysis. As a result, the basic effects of IT attitudes, gender, education, staff, foreign language and department on IT skills are found significant. Besides, common effects of the IT attitude and foreign language are found significant.
