Abstract :
Job satisfaction is positive emotional situation originated from the assessment of labor experience of the person. If individual’s needs and his or her value judgments are compatible with his or her work, then job satisfaction will occur. The reason of this is the fact that job satisfaction and performance affect productivity and production. Stress; it is that individual experiences emotions leading to pressure and tension, grief or anxiety which are of different effects and different people. Whatever its quality is, the labor is the reason of stress in various degrees. A number of labor milieu factors are interested in job stress closely. Danger degree of the labor has led to duty conflicts, duty uncertainties and heavy job burden stress. The stress existing in working life occurs by preventing individual from fulfilling his or her normal functions, so it leads to individual to react physically or emotionally. In brief, all attempts orienting to be limited or to be removed of all negative and impulsive effects on human include in the field of ergonomics. Ergonomists investigate the measurements which provide adaptations, or attempts which cape with the stress and the stress in human’s working or living milieu. A survey was carried out with the aim of determining the job stress levels and ergonomics working conditions in factory and job satisfaction situations of the labors in Erzurum-Ilıca Sugar factory. In this respects, the data obtained from 82 questionnaires which will be included in the evaluation content of the questionnaire were evaluated by means of SPSS packet programme. By taking demographic features in the questionnaire into account, job satisfaction of the laborer and ergonomics working conditions in the factory and the job stress level were analyzed by means of multiple regression analysis. Job satisfaction situations obtained were commented as regards regressions equations workplace laborer about ergonomics working conditions in the factory.
