Abstract
The impacts of public debts change related to the factors such as the source of borrowing, its interest rate, usage and amount. In this study, the impacts of domestic debts on income distribution have been examined and in the periods that positive (negative) changes have been observed in borrowing tables, positive (negative) changes have also been observed in income distribution tables. This is why, it is deducted that economic, financial and social policies which are predicated on development, removing certain poverty, decreasing relative poverty and closing the poor up average wealth level should be implemented simultaneously and effectively.
