THE FACTORS SEEING THEMSELVES AS ENTREPRENEURS PERSONALITIES AND ESTABLISHING NEW BUSINESS INTENTIONS OF STUDENTS: A CASE STUDY
Abstract :
This study is prepared to evaluate and determine which factors contribute to requests to establish their own businesses and affect an entrepreneurial personality of the students of Pamukkale University, Department of Business Administration in the future. As a result of the literature research, the factors of students’ willingness to establish their own businesses and affect entrepreneurial personalities that influence business start-up requests in the future are collected under three headings: family, education and other factors, and they were examined under the title. According to survey results, whether there is a meaningful relationship or not, is tested in sub-factors examined under these headings towards seeing themselves as entrepreneurs’ personalities and establishing new business intentions of students in the future.
