Abstract
This study was made in order to measure the correlation between self-sufficiency level and decision-making styles of managers of private banks which operate in province. 35 branch managers have been taken a poll for the study; and the data obtained from the poll were subjected to Correlation and Regression analysis with SPSS program. As a result of the study, it was established that there was a positive correlation between selfsufficiency levels of participant managers and rational decision-making, and a negative correlation for ambivalent and dependent decision-making.
