Abstract
In this study, the relationships between the characteristics of the Ataturk University staff who have housing demand and the characteristics of the house demanded were analyzed. In the study a survey carried out on 1959 Ataturk University staff and the data obtained from the individuals who expressed to have housing demand were analyzed by using multivariate correspondence analysis which is one of the techniques used for multivariate analysis of the categorical data. Then, the relations between the variables obtained from multivariate correspondence analysis were interpreted using graphs.
