Abstract :
Individuals’ job and family roles in human life affect their job and life satisfaction. In particular, family responsibilities of woman cause more role conflicts in family and work. The purpose of this study is to reveal the effects of work and family life conflicts on job and life satisfaction of woman. The sample of the study consists of totally 108 workingwomen in different sectors. Average age of participants is 32,62 ±8,63 and average working year is 7,44±6,14. Basic descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis are used in data analysis. In the results of the study, it was found that conflicts of job and family life had negative effects on job and life satisfaction of women.
