Abstract
Governance is associated with top hierarchical staffs’ power relationship and balance. “Governance”, “corporate sovereignty”, “corporate management” and “managing to top managers in enterprise” terminology are being used in literature. Other way, it capital on time for sustainable value maximization and for attending to their activity. In this paper, questionnaire has been made on Corum enterprises. According to aim of this paper, we asked for corporate governance of enterprises, awareness of working capital in enterprises and is meddling with “institutionalization”. It is meaning to interaction to each side of workers and managers. The enterprises that have corporate governance must do to their working about working try to making a relations between corporate governance and working capital.
