Abstract :
Training for people who chose accounting profession as career is a very important phase between graduating from higher education and achieving the title of the profession. Accounting trainees are both take place in an environment where combine theoretical knowledge with practice and have an opportunity to work with people and institutions that gain professional experience. Trainees that should be seen as representatives of profession in the future, accounting professions and accounting professions’ organizations have important tasks to bring in qualified individuals to profession. The purpose of this study is to examine accounting trainees’ expectations from accounting professions and accounting professions’ organizations and to propose solutions to meet the identified expectations. Research is assessed according to the survey which is prepared with 5-point Likert scale. Survey is applied to 72 accounting trainees from total 107 accounting trainees in Manisa province. Survey consists of two parts that first part measures expectations from accounting professions and second part measures expectations from accounting professions’ organizations.
