Abstract :
This study, subjected that the application of waiting line model on food and beverage managements, aims to find out waiting problem by analyzing waiting line model with fast food and beverage management service system and develop scenarios regarding determined problems. Survey and interview techniques, two of qualitative research methods, have been used as a data collection method. The data has been analyzed through WinQSB package program. The analysis has determined two problems; the problem of remaining empty in the first stage of service system and the problem of customer waiting in the second stage of service system. Related to such problems, the scenarios have been developed and analyzed by same method. Scenario 1, one of the developed scenarios and suited for service and waiting costs have been recommended to the management.
