Abstract :
This study aims to determine practices that will reduce the achievement gap among primary schools For that purpose, data drawn upon semi-structured interview forms were used. Delegates of AÇEV, EĞİTİM-SEN, EĞİTİM-BİR-SEN, ERG, EYEDDER, EYUDER, Türkiye Özel Okullar Birliği Derneği, TED, TEGV, TEV, TÜRK-EĞİTİM-SEN and TEMSEN formed the participants of the study. In this study, designed according to qualitative research approach, solution proposals intended to reduce inequalities among schools were examined by descriptive analysis. Results of the study revealed that it is necessary to make regulations in the distribution of public sources, teacher training, the rate of change of teachers, family training, early childhood training, schoolfamily collaboration, exam pressure on the education system, training of schooling leaders, evaluation and follow-upsystem to reduce success difference among schools in primary level. At the end of the study, suggetions were directed according to those results.
