Abstract :
The purpose of the study is to investigate teachers’ views regarding organizational citizenship behaviours. Descriptive survey model was used in the study. Data of the research was obtained from 1.723 teachers who work in public and private school that are connected to Ministry of Education within the boundaries of Istanbul province, Kadikoy county in 2013-2014. Data was collected with “Organizational Citizenship” inventory that is formed from “Personal Information Questionnaire”
