Abstract :
Traffic accidents are public health problem at global levels. An estimated about 1.2 million people are killed in traffic accidents each year and 50 million are injured in the world. That many of the deaths and injuries in traffic accidents occurred are possible to prevent using CAPS. Research on the effectiveness of child safety seats has found them to reduce fatal injury by 71 percent for younger than 1 year old and by 54 percent for 1 to 4 years old children in motor vehicle accidents. By considering the health education and counseling roles of nurses, the aim of article is to provide to nurses about saving live of children CAPS and the important of using children auto seats.
