Abstract :
People of our age should be creative and innovative for adapting to developments and coming into prominence. Creativity that be tried to explain throughout history, indeed a feature of everyone and can be revealed. Creativity has possitive impacts on people. So recognizing complications of creativity and developing creativity with appropriate ways are too crucal. In the article, creativity was defined and, effective factors, complications, components and developing ways were indicated.
