The Problematic Area of Social Assistance: Detection of Neediness
Abstract :
Social assistance is a method of struggling as a result of poverty. The most important problematic area of social assistance which owns too many problems in it is to identify neediness. Failure to identify neediness with the scientific methods in our country is reducing the impact of social assistance on poverty. To acquire benefits from social assistance at the desired level, it has to be determined neediness of poor people with the fair and scientific ways. Therefore, determination of neediness is the most important subject areas of social assistance. The faults while detecting neediness show us that as if social assistance causing to the poverty and it is a topic debatable, in fact it is a crical element for the welfare of the poor.
