Abstract :
In a modern world, there is much information and opportunities of media are increasing day by day. It takes several minutes to transfer information from any point of the world to another. However, the development of media and integration to the modern world is not the same everywhere. From this perspective, population of Turksoylu is very unique, complicated and specific.In order to construct the information network among Turksoylu population, the several steps should be taken. The historyof the Turkish people, their cultural heritage,tradition and modernlife,with common values,are presented in transmission programs, projects and variousradio programs. The spread of Azerbaijani Turkish TV channels covers all the events occurring on the interstate arena, and also provides an opportunity to keep abreast of events in the development of art. In recent years, Azerbaijan holds a number of festivals dedicated to music and mughamashug. Such activitiescombineparticipants fromall over the world, and the media withthe audiencebringsallthe richnessof our national music.
