Abstract :
Van Lake basin, cultivated with the aim of this study the determination of the local pear varieties have been made. The long time farming in the region, these local varieties are better adapted to local climate in the region was an important and gowing market share are having kind. Farming on the local varieties of fruit characteristics of the fruits belong to this kind of study weights, dimensions, quantities of water soluble dry matter (SÇKM), can be titrated acid content, such as pomolojik properties were determined.
