Byzantine Anonymous Folles in Kayseri Archeological Museum

Abstract :
Byzantine coins, I. Anastasius (491-518) and XI. Konstantinos (1448-1453) covers between the period. Anonymous folles, covering a period of about a hundred years in this period, I Ioannes Tzimiskes (969-976) entered into circulation time. Anonymous Folles, depicted on the face of Jesus, the coins are four lines of text on the back. X. Konstantinos Dukas (1059-1067) period, Jesus depicted portrait of the emperor was put in place. In this study, 107 located in Kayseri Archaeological Museum Anonymous folles were examined. Byzantine history of remaining in circulation in the years 970-1072 Anonymous Folles, at the museums A2, B, C, D, G and I are represented by Group. The study also was introduced to the front face and rear face of the Anonymous Folles drawings.
