Abstract
This research aims toidentify the factors affecting the corporate identity and corporate image, and to investigate the relationship between corporate identity elements and corporate image. To this end, the corporate identity element evaluations and corporate image perceptions of the unemployed people, who applied to Isparta Provincial Directorate of Turkish Employment Organization is evaluated. The evaluation of the results of Turkish Employment Organization’s identity elements that have reflected on its image indicates that the Turkish Employment Organization is more successful in corporate communicational elements. The image of Turkish Employment Organization is positively affected by the “easiness of communication, the use of technology, information and fast and easy access” factors of corporate communicational element.
