In this study the concept and development of Corporate Governance has been investigated and the performance of Corporate Governance Indexes has been analysed. Corporate Governance Indexes and General Indexes from Istanbul Stock Exchange, has been taken on daily basis for the last 3 years as data set. Differences between the performances of the Corporate Governance Index and IMKB National 100, IMKB National 50, IMKB National 30 has been investigated.
