In this article, the relationships with Madjus people (Zoroastrians) who is to be subjected to dhimmi law like other People of the Book as a result of Islamic conquests taken place during the Prophet, Rashed Caliphs and Umayyads are to be examined. While the relationships are to be examined, legal status and taxes paid by, religion and human rights, economic and social positions, and all range of daily life among the Muslim poeple of the Madjus are to be put the relationships under the scope. As a result, we have concluded that the Madjus have rights like what People of the Book have and previous positions as being regular citizens of the Islamic state.
