Abstract :

The aim of this study is, oilseed feedstock vegetable oil industry caused by the inability of the possible effects of excess capacity problem by interpreting financial ratios, to help reveal the importance of oilseed production in the country and to develop recommendations on the subject. In the study, remarks made towards sectoral issues, vegetable oil sector after financial ratios, interpreted by weight of cotton plants grown in Hatay province, a representative of the company s financial statements, ratio analysis techniques were analyzed.
