SCALE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL JUSTICE IN SCHOOLS
Abstract :
In this study, the level of teachers in schools to perform social justice aims todevelop a measurement tool that allows to measure the validity and reliability. Research, 2014-2015 Academic Year in Gaziantep in the second period was conducted on a total of 218 high school teachers. The scale and scope of research have been consulted for face validity, exploratory factor analysis for construct validity (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was used. EFA describing the 51.67 s% of the variance in results, 19 items and obtain a structure consisting of three factors. The resulting factors; Participants size (PS), recognizer size (RS) and distributor size (DS) has been called. The findings obtained from the CFA, Scale Developmentof Social Justice in Schools showed that 19 agents and three-factor structure with adequate fit indices for. Cronbach Alba reliability coefficient were calculated for the PS, RS and DS subscales, were found as .82, .78, and 79 respectively. Based on these findings, it can say that the scale of teachers is a valid and reliable instrument that can be used to measure social justice application level in schools.
