Abstract :
AbstractIn this study ıt is aimed to define the knowledge level and attitude of 10th grade students regarding Religious-Mystical Turkish literature. This study is a descriptive field research. Sample of the study comprises of 653 10th grade high school students from Kırşehir city center, Mucur and Kaman towns. In the study, knowledge tests and attitude tests were used prepared for the 10th grade students. These results were attained in the study: while 34,9 percent of students’ knowledge level was low, %35.3 percent was medium,%29,7 percent of students’ knowledge level was in high level. At the knowledge test achievement level of students, there is a meaningful difference according to school type they have been taught. According to high school type, ıt was determined that the schools with the lowest knowledge level were vocational high schools (%77,8 in low level) and the schools with the highest knowledge level were Anatolian, Anatolian Teacher and Science high schools (%63). It was determined that most of the students’ attitude towards Religious-Mystical Turkish literature was at medium level (%59,1), students with positive attitude (%32,9) were more than the students with negative attitude (%8). It was determined that the students with high knowledge level were high in attitude scores as well.
