EVALUATION OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS WITH POINT OF STAKEHOLDERS
Abstract :
“Stakeholder Impact Analysis” is one of the important components of ‘economic evaluation approach’ which examines investment projects with point of allocative efficiency. Existence of externalities in the markets of inputs and outputs of projecs causes differencities between “project profitability measure” and “economic profitability measure.” This differencies represent benefit or cost that accrues to same party in the society. “Stakeholder Impact Analysis” examines allocation of net social benefit of the project among stakeholders including financial sponsors. In this study firstly Stakeholder Impact Analysis is investigated ın theoretical framework. Next, subject is applied to an integrated thermal power Project with coal mine named ANTES.
