Title Of Article :
THE DETERMINATION OF THE SIGNIFICANCE LEVEL OF THE MISTAKES, OCCURRED IN A PRODUCTION LINE, BY MEANS OF PARETO ANALYSIS THAT IS ONE OF THE STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL TECHNIQUES
Abstract :
Nowadays in fierce competition environment, businesses perform various studies on minimizing the mistakes in production process to maintain the desirable quality of the products that the customers demand. The statistical process control techniques take an important place within these studies to improve the quality and they help the businesses enhance, improve and control the production process. The problems occurred during the production period can be determined by means of statistical process control techniques and measures are taken not to have the same problems by searching the reasons. In this study, statistical process control techniques were clarified at first and then Pareto analysis, which helps the determination of the significance level of the mistakes, was mentioned. Pareto Analysis, which is simple but so effective technic in identifying and analysis problem. In the implementation part, the mistakes occurred in a production line were determined and they were analyzed by Pareto Diagram.
