Title Of Article :
Optimization of Parameters Affecting the Vibration and Surface Roughness in Milling Operations
Abstract :
In this study, the effects have researched cutting of parameters on accelerations levels of vibration and surface quality and parameters of optimum machining have been determined. Technique of Taguchi design have used in experimental and 132, 220, 308 mm/min cutting speed, 0,05, 0,1, 0,2 mm/tooth feed rate, 1, 1,5 mm cutting depth and 1, 2, 4 the number of cutting edge have been determined as control factors. Taguchi L18 (2¹x3³) orthogonal array have chosen in accordance with machining parameters in experimental. Minitab 15 software with the help of evaluate the results of the experimental signal / noise (S / N) ratios have based and control the factors have been determined that the optimum level of vibration acceleration and the values of surface roughness have obtained. Influence of control factors has found with the help analysis of variance (ANOVA) on surface of quality. Results, levels of vibration and surface roughness have determined the most affected the value of feed.
