Abstract
Six sigma today is the one of the most effective management approaches that have 3.4 defect per million and perfect orientation with an understanding of the firms to obtain successful results. In this study; it was used data from getting 11 firms working manufacturing industry having six sigma project implementations through surveys and analysis of these applications include analysis. Pursuant to this analysis, six sigma project management practices before and after making a comparison between the economic and technical achievements have been identified as a business. Completion periods of projects in firms, measurable status of projects and return of the balance sheet in the six sigma improvement efforts, whether the firms have developed individual units or not have been evaluated together. In this context, to be completed in the prescribed implementation period of a project strictly related to meeting of the project cost, to be profit and to be measurable of these results in the balance sheets. The competitiveness of enterprises re-evaluated according to obtained results.
