Title Of Article :
FORECASTING CO2 EMISSIONS FOR TURKEY BY USING THE GREY PREDICTION METHOD
Abstract :
Currently, at the top of the global environmental problem is global warming problem. Fossil fuel consumption also causes an increase of greenhouse gases that cause global warming. Climate change related to global warming, the biggest cause of greenhouse gases, CO2 emissions can be shown. According to data in 2009 that 81% of the total portion of the emission of greenhouse gases composed of CO2 gas, as well as between the years 1999-2009 was observed an increase of 47% of CO2 emissions. In this context, the biggest causes of global warming, the greenhouse gas emissions need to be more in control has emerged and making predictions about the future has become mandatory. In this study, the total greenhouse gas emissions play an important role in global warming, and CO2 gas emissions which have the largest effect in that gases have been estimated by using the data between 1990-2009 for the future by using the grey prediction(GP) that is a reliable method of estimation method and compared with the actual data.
