Abstract
Tuberculosis is an important health problem in pediatric patients. The main purpose of treatment of tuberculosis is to cure the disease; to protect late symptoms and relapses and to prevent contamination of healthy people. The World Health Organization has recently revised the recommended dosages of the main first-line anti-tuberculosis drugs for use in pediatric patients in 2010. In this review we aimed to present pulmonary tuberculosis in childhood with these recent revisions.
