Abstract
Miller Fisher syndrome is a disease characterized by a triad of external ophthalmoplegia, ataxia and acute idiopathic areflexi and considered to be a variant of Guillain-Barre Syndrome. It’s a disease of the peripheral nervous system’s inflammatory demyelinating, and is typically characterized by cranial nerve involvement that could lead to ophthalmoplegia monophasic neuropathy.To seventy-four year old woman, consulting our hospital with complaints of uneven walking, bending to the left in the mouth, inability to cover the right eye, dizziness, blurred vision, presented Atypical Miller Fisher sydnrome.
