Abstract
Currently Hydatid disease is among the most common surgical diseases in our country. Diaphragmatic localization rates as low as 1% has also been described. Commonly is evolving after hydatid cyst liver disease.4x6 cm isolated diaphragmatic hydatid cyst was detected in 28 years old patient who were operated recurrence of liver hydatid cyst in the right diaphragmatic. Cyst was removed totally with diaphragm and diafragma was repaired primarily. İn both due to the rarity localization and we thought may be overlooked in step of the diagnosis and treatment of cases associated with hydatid cyst liver; we presented this case.
