Abstract
We report a case of metastatic renal tumor fromsquamous cell lung cancer. A 51 years old manpresented with an asymptomatic hematuria2 years after treatment of primary lung lesion.Investigations showed a tumor in the right kidneywhich was accompanied with regional lymphnode metastasis mimicking a primary renaltumor. The right radical nephrectomy showedthe renal metastases from lung carcinoma. Hehad progressive disease though chemotherapy regimen.
