Abstract
When secondary homes discuss without planning in the tourism sector, very risky situation may be come up for tourism sector. Estimating the secondary homes into the tourism sector makes us think firstly, redounding the homes which are in the coastal reach into the tourism sector. In this study, for bring in the secondary homes which are in the thermal region, into the tourism sector, suggesting a project with starting Kütahya- Yoncalı thermal region.
