Executive shave important roles on management store ach their targets in now a days, where huge contentions are happening and technological developments are growing up rapidly. Toobtain this, executives should have leader ship characteristics and shouldc are on the motivation and performance of the employee. The purpose of this research is to questionaire the existance of motivation and performance effects of the leader ship characteristics of executives on the employees when the basic leader ship characteristics are considered. In the conclusion of there search, it is observed that the leader ship characteristics of the executives effects the motivation and performance of the employees. Performing leader shipin crease enabled the in crease of motivation of the employees. The hypothesis is confirmed as there is a strong one way correct relationship between leadership of the executives and the employees performing high performance. It is observed that underconditions of the hospitals being publicor private, leader ship does not differeniate themotivation and performance of the employees. According to the findings it is suggested for the hospital management to take leader ship education. Under the conditions human resource steam have to be published in the hospital management who are educated and working effectively.
