Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine the perception of image and satisfaction levels of both native and foreign tourists visiting Safranbolu. The study aimed to find out how the features of the destionation are perceived and differences between the perceptions. Survey method has been applied in this study. This survey, which has been created in accordance with the aim of the study, was applied to the native and foreign tourists with simple random exemplification method and face to face. The acquired informations have been analyzed with SPSS percentage analysis and Multivariate analysis of variance (manova). At the end of the study, it was surmised that the visitors mostly leave the destination as pleased and satisfied. Espcecially the foreign tourists have responded the inguiries positively. Meeting a lot of tourists who have visited Safranbolu more than once is the proof that it is preferred again and again by visitors.
