Abstract
When entrepreneurship is mentioned, beyond the idea of creating a new business; intrepreneurship practices, activities, have become increasingly common for businesses with the emergence of a widespread consensus on; once new business is set up, the spirit of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial behavior of individuals in the business are sustainable and provide a competitive advantage. The goal of this study is to examine the intrapreneurship perception of the 5-star hotel employees in Ankara accoding to their job positions and the working periods. This study has been engaged as a field study and survey has been used for data collection tool. The validity and reliability of the measurements have been found suitable for the application. 5-star hotels in Ankara have formed this study s universe. 302 surveys have been included in the study. As a result of the research, significant differences come up when all the intrapreneurship factors have been considered according to the hotel business employees position and working periods.
