Abstract
The concept of ethics, dealt with meticulous attention in recent years, shapes the behaviour of individuals and contributes to the improvement in ethical behaviour. As in other professions, ethical behaviour of faculty staff is regarded as significant in that they mould the perceptions of the students towards their future lives. This study sets out to find out the perception of students, at different departments and grades, namely, prep school students and senior students, on ethical behaviour of the faculty staff. The results suggest that those at prep classes have positive opinions of the teaching staff related to their ethical behaviour and female faculty staff have been found out to be more effective and accomplished, compared to male faculty staff, in achieving educational objectives and exerting ethical behaviour.
