Abstract
This study aims to explore primary school teachers’ qualifications in terms of use of educational technology trough certain variables.The setting was the primary school Level I teachers in Erzurum, in the 2008–2009 education year. The participants were the primary school teachers in Erzurum who were working at 407 teachers in 46 schools two of which were private schools. The data were collected by means of The Education Technologies Questionnaire. The questionnaire was adapted from Social Learning Projects at Ohio University to Turkish Education System. It was confirmed by İşman (2002) in terms of reliability and validity.The results show that there are significant differences in primary school teachers’ use of technology according to their gender, age, professional level, educational level, the type of their institute and the number of the students.
