Officer’s Thoughts about the Application of Constructive Learning Approach in Turkish Lesson

Abstract
The aim of this research is to signify whether the constructive learning approach of new primary school curriculum is applied and Turkish teachers fulfill their roles that this learning approach gives them or not in terms of officer’s thoughts. This research was applied to 50 officers in different primary schools in Erzurum by using ‘‘The Survey of Officer’s Thoughts about the Application of Constructive Learning Approach in Turkish Lesson’’. After the prepared survey was answered by officers, the analysis of the data was carried out by means of SPSS 16.0 in a computer. At the and of the research, it was determined that the school officers were of the opinions the constructive learning approach in Turkish lesson was partly applied. On the other hand, it was ascertained that Turkish teachers partly fulfilled the roles that the constructive learning approach, the basis of 2005 Turkish curriculum, gave them.
