Abstract
Canonical correlation analysis (CCA), examines the structure of relation between two sets of variable, where each set consist of a lot of variables. CCA is expressed as the most general and the most complex relationship analysis. Although there isn’t necessity in this method, one of the variable sets is dependent variable and the otherone is independent variable. In this study, the relation between stock Exchange performance ratios and other ratios which is selected from between financial ratios of 34 firms which is in business manufacturing and traded in IMKB is analysed with CCA.
