Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between charismatic leadership and organizational culture. This relationship has an important role with regard to continuity of organization activities. In this study, formation and strengthening of organizational culture by charismatic leaders, assimilation and acception of organizational values by subordinates are investigated. A questionnaire study is applied to Ardahan Governorship and associated institutions, data gained from this study are analyzed by SPSS program and a positive relationship between charismatic leadership attributes and organizational culture. Especially, a stronger relationship between environmental sensivity attributes of charismatic leaders and organizational culture (,532) is found and the weakest relationship (,429) between sensivity of member needs and organizational culture is determined.
