Abstract
In our country, language teaching is one of the most significant components of education as it is all over the world. However, it is the field in which we are the least successful. Because today, the students who are graduated high school express themselves in target languages. When we consider the time spent, and concerted effort made and the result of these studies, it can be said that we are successful in teaching neither on French nor on other languages. Furthermore, at present, French Language teaching is becoming less and less common at schools and contents of the course books have not been checked for many years. And these cause the basic troubles of the French courses. In this study, primary French course book (Bonjour Le Français) is reviewed according to the Basic Law of the Turkish National Education, Basic Law No. 1739, Regulations and Directives related to course equipments.
