Abstract
Hairdressers cut, shape, dye and apply nourishments to hair due to the recent fashion and desires of the customers. Hairdressing profession has become more and more important since the general income of the population increased; people pay much more attention to their physical appearance than the past, and hairdressers may serve on other aspects rather than just only hair design. In this work; the ergonomically working conditions, ailments dependent on the job itself and customer satisfaction levels are investigated. In order to achieve this purpose, interviews are conducted with 344 proprietor who registered on The Chamber of Tradesman and Artisan of Erzurum at December 2012. Gathered data is performed frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis using SPSS 13.0 software and comments on the results are given
