Technology sustains its development by shaping itself according to mankind’s needs and curiosity. The development based on experience, that is knowledge, has impressed human life in many positive or negative ways as a matter of course. Technical knowledge or technology helps mankind save time, power and money by getting life more practical. Many factors, for example, from transportation to communication, from official process to bank job, from periodicals to cinema, from health sector to food production, from shopping to entertainment have gotten its share from technological improvement. In this context, internet is one of the most important services offered by technology. Internet, which has become an important and indispensable part of everyday life, has accelerated the development of globalization by creating new forms of communication. For the purpose of building an interesting, entertaining and sympathetic interaction, these new forms of communication, full of visual and auditory properties, have become the way of exchanging idea and knowledge. Technology has also benefited from elements of folklore that has a unifying and integrative structure. So, a new kind of special folklore, emerged from internet, has come out at the end of 20th century and at the beginning of 21st century.
