Abstract
The use of new technologies and to enhance the quality of service in the field of public administration is most important factor for consideration. The researchers evaluate the literature in E-Government and e-municipal service in order to gain importance in transfer electronic platform under the public services management. This study aims to determine the awareness of e-services in terms of municipal services and its impact on the awareness for the adoption of e-municipality. For this reason, we adopt a study that perceives awareness and dimensions for adoption of e-government. We conduct a survey with 223 sample size for Yalova city. This study differs with other study by incorporating service demand on both side under an e-municipal operations, its desire and target. Under the above hypothesis, we can surely say that perceived awareness positively affects the e-government.
